Miami, Florida June 26, 2016

Our day today began fairly early.  We were up and got ready for church and finished packing the last minute things.  We grabbed some cereal for breakfast and loaded up the car.  We checked the house for anything belonging to us, so we didn't leave anything behind.

We arrived at church in Kissimmee and enjoyed  sacrament meeting.  It was high councilor week in this ward this week, but the two speakers happened to be from this ward.  We enjoyed listening to the stake Sunday school president. Then the new High Priest Group leader in this ward.  He had been the High councilor that was supposed to be speaking today, so he was doing double duty. They both spoke on supporting our leaders.  It was a good meeting.

After sacrament meeting, we headed to Miami.  We made it to our Hotel about 3:00.  On the way, we went to Jupiter and then on to Miami.  We also drove past Sesame street on our way to the hotel.

We enjoyed the drive and loved the trees.  We saw a bunch of flowering ones.  This is a picture of one of them.  It doesn't do it justice, but we were driving down the road at freeway speeds when I took it.

Gas prices here in Miami near the airport where we are staying are higher than what we have been paying.  We have been paying about $2.15 per gallon so far, and the gas close by is about $2.50 per gallon.

We will be heading to our ship in the morning.  So we will continue to write blog posts each day, but we won't be able to post them until we get back.  So this will be the last live post that we post until we get back in port.  So see you with a big update on Friday evening.
