Niagra Falls, July 13, 2016

This morning we traveled to Niagra Falls.  We had tickets for Maid of the Mist and when we got here, we parked then walked to where we needed to go to catch our ride to the falls.

This boat ride was awesome.  You go past the American Falls,

and up into the center of Horseshoe Falls.

As we went into the Horseshoe, it is like being in your shower. The boat then stops and sits in the middle of the falls.  The power of the falls is tremendous.

We had rooms on the Canadian side of the falls.

We originally had rooms with a queen size bed, and the last room we had was queen size.  We found it difficult to sleep in (yes, I know we are spoiled).  So we looked for another room with a king size bed.  The one we found was a room with a room with a view.  It was a little more money, but we decided to splurge since it is our anniversary tomorrow.  This is the view from our room.

We are enjoying watching the falls from our window.  We can't wait to see it after dark.
